Our journey was with 2 children and we could stop every time they needed. Our driver from Trat to Bangkok was very friendly and funny! We booked through 12Go We were told to be there earlier at the pickup point as the taxi will be there 30m before pick up time We arrived 20 minutes earlier No taxi from this company but an other company was there I ask this nice taxi driver if he was mine he told me no Pick up time was more then exceed and still no taxi At some point we realise that our taxi picked up the other customers that was for the other taxi and that we didn’t have any taxi to pick us up ! Booked a tailored transfer from huai xai to Chiang mai and also several airport pickups from Krabi airport to downtown. On my last trip I left a backpack in the trunk of the car. I was able to retrieve it later with their help. Support via WhatsApp was always friendly and responsive. Another plus for me is the option to pay cash to the driver. This removes currency conversion fees as they are introduced by other tour operators.
